These Terms of Service govern your use of LullaLume.store and the purchase of products from LullaLume.

1. Website Use

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, dimensions and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences. Product information may be corrected or updated without notice.

3. Product Inspiration and Non-Affiliation

LullaLume products are original sci-fi-inspired decorative items. They are not official merchandise and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed by Marvel, Disney, Iron Man, Tony Stark or any other third-party franchise or rights holder.

4. Safety and Proper Use

The Energy Core Display is intended as a decorative display item for desks, shelves, gaming setups and collector spaces. It is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of young children.

Customers must read and follow all instructions supplied with the product. Do not modify, disassemble, expose the product to water, use damaged cables or connectors, or use it in any way inconsistent with its intended purpose. Always use a compatible power source.

5. Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges or other fees will be displayed at checkout when available or may be collected by local authorities.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure or shipping restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.

7. Payments

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers made available through Shopify or the checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, demand or events outside our reasonable control. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will provide the options required by applicable law.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions may be subject to separate conditions, availability, minimum purchase requirements and end dates. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively.

11. Intellectual Property

The website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, product descriptions and design elements, belongs to LullaLume or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit it without prior written permission.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with the store and its marketing, subject to applicable privacy law.
